Take the Ladue Rd. Exit (one exit before Hwy40/64). Turn left at the botton of the exit ramp. (This will take you back under Hwy 270). Continue straight up to the intersection of Ladue and New Ballas Rd (third traffic light). Turn right onto New Ballas Rd. St. John's Mercy will be on your right side.
